Responsibilities
- support the development and tracking of remediation action plans.
- Assist in developing and monitoring operational KPIs and benchmarks
- Partner with cross-functional teams to document workflows, map processes, and identify areas for standardization or automation.
- Support process improvement initiatives, including collecting requirements, researching best practices, supporting implementation, and measuring outcomes.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure the integrity and accessibility of property operations data.
- Assist in developing business cases for investments in people, process, or technology to improve operations.
- Provide analytical and project support for strategic initiatives and other projects as directed by the Property COO.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues; support the development and tracking of remediation action plans.
- Assist in developing and monitoring operational KPIs and benchmarks; participate in target setting and progress tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, Insurance, Data Analytics, or related field.
- proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or process improvement-insurance or property/casualty industry experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with process mapping and documentation (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
