About the role

Responsibilities
- TOTEME is seeking an experienced retail leader to manage our new multi-level TOTEME store on Madison Avenue.
- Your focus will be to build a culture of accountability, exceptional service, and long-term client relationships.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Recruit, support and train the team to meet sales targets and service levels.
- Create and maintain staff schedules.
- Implement company procedures and reporting activities.
- Develop and implement new store policies and strategies.
- Develop efficient workflows.
Requirements
- Your Profile A strong team leader with at least five years of experience in store management within luxury retail.
- Experience with leading a team.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Experience with back-office operations management.
