This role sits at the intersection of structured authoring, technical communication, and AI-assisted content delivery, producing the notices, specifications, and documentation that market participants around the world rely on to operate effectively.

You will be expected to take a process engineering-first approach to this role, supported by your supervisor and peers in day-to-day responsibilities, with clear pathways for growth as the Technical Content Development function expands.

Design structured, topic-based content using DITA, incorporating content reuse and metadata as appropriate.
Maintain strict version control and branching, optimize taxonomy, and troubleshoot invalid XML to ensure content integrity across the CCMS.
Maintain operational runbooks, content architecture documentation, and knowledge base articles in support of the Technical Content Development team.
Structured Authoring and Content Systems (DITA/CCMS): Design structured, topic-based content using DITA, incorporating content reuse and metadata as appropriate.
Procedures and Knowledge Management: Maintain operational runbooks, content architecture documentation, and knowledge base articles in support of the Technical Content Development team.

Working knowledge of content reuse and metadata concepts
Bachelor's Degree: Technical Writing/Communications, English, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, Business, Financial Services, or a related discipline.
The Ideal Candidate Has

Familiarity with financial markets, exchange operations, or highly regulated technology environments is a strong plus.

0-2 Years of Technical Writing Required
Experience in the following areas required:
Technical writing, content engineering, or structured authoring
DITA or structured authoring methodology (e.g., CCMS)
AI and/or automation tools applied to content workflows
Cross-functional collaboration on technical documentation
Version control, content reuse, and metadata management
XML content validation and troubleshooting, preferred
Additional Requirements
The ability to distill technically complex information into clear, accurate, and accessible content is essential.
