About the role
- As the Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Wealth.com http://Wealth.com, you will report directly to and work closely with the Chief Financial Officer.
- You will be tasked with transforming raw financial and operational data into narrative-driven strategy, dissecting the issues affecting the company's key growth initiatives, and assisting with other strategic objectives.
- This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work from the NYC office a minimum of three days per week.
Responsibilities
- Help design, implement, and manage the company's continuous rolling forecast and financial planning processes
- Collaborate closely with functional departments to aggregate financial and operational data, map business trends, and identify critical optimization opportunities
- Partner directly with the Accounting team to streamline monthly, quarterly, and year-end close cycles by ensuring tight integration between financial models and actual system results
- Manage key inputs for the company's operating model
- Support the Sales and Product teams through deep financial analysis
- Ability to thrive in an individual contributor capacity where you will own the entire workflow from data extraction to executive synthesis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science)
