- Success requires sharp communication skills, rigorous project management, and real experience managing enterprise-scale events with senior executives and Global 2000 stakeholders in the room.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a repeatable playbook for event planning and execution to support consistency as the program scales
- Own end-to-end delivery of proprietary executive events: messaging, logistics, branding, collateral, vendor management, and timelines
- Manage the corporate and field event budget, including contract negotiation and external vendor relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Track record leading global, executive-level events with Global 2000 stakeholders
- Proven project management skills across multiple concurrent, complex programs
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft 365, and event/marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, Cvent)
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
- 15+ years managing corporate and/or agency event programs; enterprise tech experience strongly preferred
- Strong executive presence and written/verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset - comfortable defining metrics, analyzing data, and tying event performance to pipeline
- Willingness to travel, work occasional evenings/weekends, and pitch in on physical event setup/teardown
