About the role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1.
Model SEL Values and Leadership characteristics to employees.
Responsible for department indicators and providing clear direction to department in order to meet department production objectives.

2+ years of supervisory experience
Demonstrated ability to model SEL Values to others
Proven ability to communicate professionally, respectfully and openly to a diverse audience.
Proven ability to prioritize, organize and delegate work
Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes and product flow for up and downstream departments.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and department's business systems (Lotus Notes, Dynamics AX, SQS, etc.)
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
