About the role
- At Republic Services, Technicians play a critical role in maintaining the performance and quality of our fleet.
- The Technician Apprenticeship program will train an entry level technician over a two-year period in the following: Electrical diagnosis of starting & charging systems.
- Air conditioning & heating component identification & inspection.
Responsibilities
- Full-time paid hands-on in-shop training on new technologies and equipment with experienced support to help you succeed.
- Dedicated mentor with experienced support to help you succeed.
- Our customers, including small businesses, major corporations and municipalities, want a partner with the expertise and capabilities to effectively manage their multiple recycling and waste streams.
Requirements
- Must be willing to travel to & live in Dallas, Texas for 9 weeks of in-person training.
