About the role
- Success in this role looks like students completing their clinical rotations successfully, and strong, trusting relationships with the site- and hospital-level stakeholders who make that possible.
- This role requires regular travel to clinical sites - 50%+ of your time overall.
Responsibilities
- Travel to clinical sites to lead pre-launch preparation ahead of each skills lab start, confirming logistics, materials, and site readiness with site leadership.
- Build trusting relationships with students throughout their clinical rotation, serving as a consistent, familiar point of contact.
- Support students through clinical remediation when a practice-readiness or professionalism concern comes up.
Compensation
- The target base salary range for this opportunity is $70,000 - $80,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits.
- Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations.
