About the role

- Director of Operations Program Management & Insights, you will bring the structure, judgment, and leadership presence to operate with minimal oversight.
- You set the standard for what great program management looks like on this team.
Responsibilities
- This is the right role for someone who leads from the front, develops the people around them, and can drive complex cross-functional programs to outcomes without being told how to get there.
- Lead and develop a team of dedicated program managers. Set clear expectations, coach toward growth, and hold yourself accountable to building a stronger team over time.
- Act as a player-coach on the team's broader portfolio - holding your own programs while helping your direct reports navigate blockers and deliver against theirs.
- Build and mentor a diverse and growing team of technical and non-technical Program Managers.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills to manage a complex portfolio of initiatives across a range of departments.
- Prior experience managing or developing a team of program managers.
Requirements
- Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States.
- Own, through your and the team's efforts, a portfolio of complex programs that require a high degree of structure, judgment, and organizational reach.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into clear messages for diverse audiences.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy defining the path for you and the team.
- Deep understanding of how manufacturing and operations environments work - with 7+ years of experience driving programs in this space.
Compensation
- The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
