Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience as a Principal SDET
- Experience managing cross-functional, matrixed quality organizations.
- Proficiency with modern test automation frameworks and a broad set of testing/analysis tools.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Ability to connect technical capabilities with business outcomes.
- Knowledge of AI and modern AI tools and their usage.
- Good experience in API and Integration testing.
- Sound knowledge of SDLC and software testing methodologies.
- Ability to analyze business functions, identify, and derive comprehensive test scenarios (positive, negative, regression, upgrade, UAT testing).
- Strong leadership, communication, and results-oriented mindset.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git) and code coverage tools like Sonar.
