Responsibilities
- Drive, negotiate and finalize various agreements in different jurisdictions, including sales, licensing, distribution, consultancy, services, NDAs and much more;
- Create and maintain standard templates, business processes and internal policies to help scale the business
- Interface with and manage support from outside counsel as needed.
- Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist
Requirements
- 5-7 years working experience within a technology company (either leading law firm or a tech company)
