About the role
- Serve as the primary functional expert for IBS Teller implementations.
- Consult with clients to understand teller operations, business processes, and strategic objectives.
- Provide executive-level project updates and implementation guidance.
Responsibilities
- Lead product definition and implementation milestones.
- Project Leadership Lead multiple concurrent IBS Teller implementation projects of varying complexity.
- Support change management and escalation processes.
- Validate that solution configurations align with documented client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of implementation, conversion, or software delivery experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in teller operations, branch banking processes, and financial institution workflows.
- Experience leading complex client-facing projects.
- Experience mentoring or leading consulting teams.

- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with IBS ecosystem products, including ImageCentre/Teller Capture, Security/IDP, and Business Intelligence reporting solutions.
- Banking operations or branch management experience.
- Experience with financial institution conversions and migrations.
