We capture digital exhaust and engineering context from assembly lines-images, test logs, BOM data, performance, repair cycles-and our AI engines identify insights that are difficult or impossible for human engineers to find.

Build world-class pipelines: Develop deep talent maps, cultivate passive candidate relationships, and build long-term pipelines for our most critical hiring needs.
Help build our sourcing function: Experiment with new sourcing techniques, leverage AI thoughtfully, improve our research methods, and help define how sourcing evolves as we scale.
You'll partner closely with recruiters, founders, executives, and hiring managers to develop creative sourcing strategies, map talent markets, and build relationships with exceptional candidates long before they're ready to make a move.

3+ years of experience sourcing for technical or engineering roles in a fast-growing environment.
A track record of creatively solving difficult hiring challenges through sourcing strategy rather than simply increasing activity.
