Responsibilities

  • Review and maintain court forfeiture proceedings.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with other, to understand the basic functions of other divisions within the department, and to deal tactfully with the licensees and public.
  • Ability to deal with difficult people and maintain a professional attitude.

Requirements

  • Preference will be given to individuals with Court Clerk experience and to those with a degree in criminal justice.
  • Individual may be required to pursue NAIC designations as job duties require.

Skills

  • Knowledge of telephone etiquette and procedures
  • Effective time organization and management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written and proven ability to multitask.

Compensation

  • Salary $55,710

Benefits

  • Provide phone coverage for the Bail division.
  • Associate's degree in any field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting each year of related experience for each year of education.
