Responsibilities
- Review and maintain court forfeiture proceedings.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with other, to understand the basic functions of other divisions within the department, and to deal tactfully with the licensees and public.
- Ability to deal with difficult people and maintain a professional attitude.
Requirements
- Preference will be given to individuals with Court Clerk experience and to those with a degree in criminal justice.
- Individual may be required to pursue NAIC designations as job duties require.

Skills
- Knowledge of telephone etiquette and procedures
- Effective time organization and management.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written and proven ability to multitask.
Compensation
- Salary $55,710
Benefits
- Provide phone coverage for the Bail division.
- Associate's degree in any field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting each year of related experience for each year of education.
