Backfilling a Posiition
Execute KPI tracking and reporting, leading the collection, analysis, and presentation of program metrics to stakeholders and funding bodies.
Ensure compliance with all funding agreements, managing the preparation and timely submission of reports, documentation, and audits.
Bridge program owners, operations, and business development teams to ensure cohesive execution across all program touchpoints.
Provide guidance and mentorship to program staff and coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Coordinate workshops, events, mentorship sessions, and cohort activities, ensuring a high-quality participant experience.
Bachelor's degree in business, management, public administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or startup ecosystem support

Reason for opening: Backfilling a Posiition
This position will be required to work onsite at Area X.O, 4-5 days per week
Lead end-to-end execution of Area X.O's funded programs, owning daily operations, milestone delivery, and reporting from launch through closeout.
Drive program activities across internal teams and external stakeholders, resolving bottlenecks and maintaining operational momentum.
Own partner integration and management, serving as the primary point of contact for delivery partners throughout program cycles.
