About the role
- This position requires an active Top-Secret clearance to start (TS) The Budget and Strategic Planning Analyst provides mid-level analytical support for planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) activities within Army programs. This role supports strategic planning efforts, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development, and budget formulation
- across multiple appropriations. The analyst works under Government direction to analyze financial data, develop budget justification materials, and support portfolio-level decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to leadership.
