About the role

  • You'll be the single point of accountability for each project's success.
  • Territory Overview Primary Market: Greater Phoenix Metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Build Planning & Mobilization Conduct kick-off meeting with Roofing Specialist(s) and Crew Leader(s) to align on job scope of execution plan.
  • Manage and coordinate crews and subcontractors for productivity and compliance.
  • Ensure punch list completion and deliver quality verification.
  • Document project completion and submit closeout package to Operations.
  • Support warranty registration and handoff to Customer Success team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • OR 5+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, to spec.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety, and quality controls.
  • Proficiency with project management software and systems.
  • Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to have

  • Preferred Experience in roofing, exterior construction, or similar trades.
  • Bilingual (Spanish a plus).
