About the role
- Act as primary point of contact for employees for facilities-related inquiries
- Coordinate with landlords and service providers for maintenance and repairs
- Administer visitor access including pre-registration, badging, and escort coordination
Responsibilities

- Manage daily office operations to ensure a clean and functional workplace environment
- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics including workspace setup
- Maintain visitor logs and access records in line with company protocols
- Manage issuance and revocation of access badges for employees and contractors
- Manage booking and administration of meeting rooms and shared spaces
- Support internal meetings and office events
- Manage vendor orders, deliveries, and inventory tracking
- Maintain first aid supplies and support employee safety awareness
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and service providers
