- You will work with a highly motivated, cross-functional team to bring radical aircraft to production.
Responsibilities
- Load and maintain forecasts in the ERP system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Implement production plans into demand forecasts and maintain the integrity of the demand signal across the organization
- Process and manage sales orders while coordinating with supply chain partners to ensure alignment with production capacity
- Manage long-range demand horizons (6-36 month view) to support strategic planning and capacity requirements
- Coordinate and communicate demand changes to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support planning cycles
- Identify trends and anomalies in demand patterns to support continuous improvement
- Maintain world class production standards of quality and safety
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, or operations, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years direct experience working in demand planning, forecasting, or similar planning roles in a complex operations environment
- Experience with an ERP system
- Strong understanding of demand planning fundamentals and forecasting methodologies
- Extremely effective communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in demand planning, S&OP, or supply chain planning roles
- Direct experience in Aerospace or manufacturing
- Experience with sales forecasting and demand consensus processes
- Exposure to rapid manufacturing growth and preferably startup experience

Compensation
- $85,000 - $110,000 USD
