Responsibilities
- This role leads the design, governance, and delivery of change strategy across the full corporate transformation portfolio, ensuring that large-scale initiatives are adopted with speed, discipline, and lasting impact.
- Operating at the intersection of enterprise strategy and organizational effectiveness, the Director, Change Management owns the end-to-end change agenda for LocumTenens.com's transformation program.
- The Director ensures transformation investments deliver sustained adoption, measurable value, and a culture capable of continuous change.
- Designs and facilitates executive workshops, cross-functional sessions, and stakeholder alignment forums to build organizational ownership of transformation direction and outcomes.
Requirements
- Speaking, reading, writing, ability to use a telephone and computer
- Ability to exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally
- Ability to interpret various instructions
- Ability to deal with a variety of variables under only limited standardization
- No travel required
Nice to have
- Ensures all change strategies are appropriately scoped, resourced, and governed relative to initiative complexity, organizational risk, and transformation ambition.
- Coaches and advises C-suite leaders, executives, and senior sponsors on their visible roles as transformation leaders, to sustain large-scale change.
- May work on special projects or other duties as assigned
- Subject matter expert, may serve as a formal mentor for less experienced associates
- Ability to provide leadership
- Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, communications, or a related field
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management, with at least 3 years leading enterprise-wide transformation programs
