About the role

- This role requires complete knowledge of and understanding in global client contracting within the data center sector, with a focus on complex commercial leases, service agreements and triple net leases.
Responsibilities
- Structure, review and negotiate commercial agreements for the business across all regions, including commercial lease documents, triple net leases, master service agreements, sales orders, change orders and other agreements involving a variety of complex and evolving issues.
- Manage risk and ensure business and compliance needs are accurately reflected in client agreement(s).
- Applies advanced wide-ranging experience and in-depth professional knowledge to develop, resolve and assess a wide range of complex issues in creative ways and suggests variations in approach with consultation at times by the Director.

Requirements
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.
- Work across multiple global time zones (including but not limited to India, Europe, South Africa, USA, Japan) is required for this position which will require work outside of normal work hours.
- A minimum of eight (8) years or more of relevant legal experience including a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work, with a minimum of four (4) years of experience as in-house counsel in the data center sector.
- Both written and verbal fluency in English are required.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Current member in good standing with a state bar.

Compensation
- NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location.
- Base salary for this position is $ 227,200-$307,400
- All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
