About the role
- They are responsible for strategic planning to execute a high level of facility services within their footprint.
Responsibilities
- Own facilities strategy for a complex or multi-building portfolio, aligning service delivery, workplace planning, capital priorities, and operational standards to business needs.
- Lead long-range planning for service agreement outcomes, and customer experience.
- Anticipate portfolio risks and opportunities and drive integrated action plans across engineering, construction, real estate, environmental, communications, and related partners.
- Drive urgency in response and resolution of operational issues and emergencies
- Lead incident investigations, corrective actions, and preventative measures
- Set performance expectations for service providers and internal partners, and lead reviews focused on safety, responsiveness, quality, cost, and continuous improvement.
- Drive resolution of complex facilities issues, recurring service challenges, and escalated tenant concerns across the portfolio.

- The Facilities Leader is the strategic facilities business leader for a large, complex, high-visibility building portfolio and the single point of contact for all Facilities operations.
Requirements
- Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent experience.
