About the role

Join our dedicated physician group in providing meaningful, high-quality care to patients in a supportive outpatient clinic setting.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to work collaboratively with our physicians and nurse practitioners, serving as a vital part of our clinical team.

Perform comprehensive clinical tasks including taking patient histories, vital signs, and documenting in the EMR.
Manage administrative duties such as scheduling, billing support, phone calls, and faxing.
We invest in our providers' development and support their journey toward excellence.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) from an accredited program.
Current BLS Certification.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience with: EMR/EHR systems Taking vital signs Phlebotomy Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
Ability to travel to our Oakbrook, IL location.
Certification required.
