- Commission-only role 12% base commission on approved and completed projects 15% commission for exceeding weekly/monthly targets 20% commission for $200,000+ monthly project volume (includes bonuses) Example Earnings: For a monthly project volume of $200,000, you can earn $40,000 in commission.
