About the role

  • As the Demand Planning Manager, you will take ownership of the full forecasting process and establish the single source of truth that guides cross-functional decision-making.
  • Your work ensures the right product is in the right place at the right time-balancing growth ambitions with real-world constraints.
  • Facilitate monthly Demand Review and S&OP meetings with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain statistical forecasting models using historical trends, seasonality, and demand drivers.
  • Lead the monthly consensus forecast process, aligning Sales targets, Finance budgets, and operational constraints.
  • Manage product lifecycle forecasting, including new product introductions, promotions, and end-of-life transitions.
  • Drive the conversation with leadership, presenting the demand plan, framing trade-offs, and securing decisions rather than waiting for direction.
  • Align cross-functional channel partners (DTC, retail, wholesale) toward a single, unified demand plan across the organization.
  • Build and institutionalize demand planning best practices-then own their execution end to end.
  • Build on existing planning frameworks by implementing and optimizing scalable, repeatable processes that grow with the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • FMCG or high-velocity consumer products experience is strongly preferred.

Skills

  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with forecasting tools and ERP/MRP systems.
