Responsibilities
- Experience presenting data-driven recommendations to business partners and leadership audiences preferred
- Support product forecasting and pricing strategies by analyzing performance trends, managing reporting tools, and delivering actionable business insights
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions used across the planning team to improve decision-making and operational efficiency
- Partner closely with Merchandising, Marketplace, Finance, and Inventory Planning teams to align seasonal and in-season financial plans with product strategies
- Lead weekly markdown execution across assigned portfolios, ensuring system accuracy and cross-functional alignment with pricing and inventory objectives
- Monitor price positioning across the marketplace and product portfolio, identifying opportunities to optimize pricing in support of overall business strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, forecasting, and analytical modeling
