Responsibilities
- Maintain office supply inventory through corporate Amazon Business account
- Input visitor and vendor information into building management system
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Required Skills/Abilities:
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years' experience performing vendor management or providing facilities support is also required.
- Administrative experience preferred.
Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/ or extended hours including evenings and weekends.
- Requires sufficient fine motor dexterity to operate tools and handle keys, access cards, and small hardware
Compensation
- This is a paid position.

- $80,000 to $88,000
