Lead and manage end-to-end research delivery, including prioritizing workflow, ensuring quality and timeliness, and continuously improving processes to meet regional and global needs
Build strong partnerships with investment professionals and act as the primary point of contact for research requests, aligning team priorities with business objectives
Foster a high-performing, inclusive team environment, providing coaching, feedback, and development to support associate growth and engagement
Drive team effectiveness by proactively identifying capability needs, addressing bottlenecks, and partnering with HR and Talent Acquisition on recruiting and succession planning
You build trusted relationships, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and leverage data and technology to enhance outcomes
You have a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, with a strong foundation in fundamental investment research
You can manage complex workflows, exercise sound judgment, and operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

You have a strong understanding of investment research requirements and how to translate them into high-quality outputs that support investment decision-making
You can identify, recruit, and coach strong investment research talent, helping individuals grow while strengthening overall team capability.

$213,795-$342,072 ‎
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
