Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end research delivery, including prioritizing workflow, ensuring quality and timeliness, and continuously improving processes to meet regional and global needs
- Build strong partnerships with investment professionals and act as the primary point of contact for research requests, aligning team priorities with business objectives
- Foster a high-performing, inclusive team environment, providing coaching, feedback, and development to support associate growth and engagement
- Drive team effectiveness by proactively identifying capability needs, addressing bottlenecks, and partnering with HR and Talent Acquisition on recruiting and succession planning
- You build trusted relationships, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and leverage data and technology to enhance outcomes
- You have a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, with a strong foundation in fundamental investment research
- You can manage complex workflows, exercise sound judgment, and operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Requirements
- You have a strong understanding of investment research requirements and how to translate them into high-quality outputs that support investment decision-making
- You can identify, recruit, and coach strong investment research talent, helping individuals grow while strengthening overall team capability.
Compensation
- Temporary positions in the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
- $213,795-$342,072
- In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
