About the role
- Oversee and organize executive email inboxes, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Conduct research and gather information for reports, projects, and special assignments.
- Coordinate Board of Directors activities, including meeting logistics, preparation of materials, and post-meeting follow-up for the Fraternity, Foundation, and CLA.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments for the CEO and COO, proactively resolving conflicts and adapting to changing priorities.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, agendas, reports, and executive materials that support effective leadership across the organization.
- Develop and maintain donor reports and dashboards while distributing key information to staff, board members, and leadership.
- Manage donor engagement documentation, including the "log a call" process and other critical records.
- Support executive leadership, volunteer leaders, and board members with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience using Salesforce.
- Experience coordinating meetings, managing calendars, arranging travel, and handling sensitive documentation.
Nice to have
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing executive-level support
- experience supporting boards or governing bodies is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- We offer a competitive compensation structure including a base salary of $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience).
