Tradeify is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Office Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Boca Raton office and keep our team supported, organized, and equipped to do their best work.

Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workspace is organized, stocked, and running smoothly
Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities, building management, and office vendors
Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
Support scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks for leadership as needed
Maintain accurate records for office-related contracts, invoices, and budgets
We equip traders with the execution tools, market data, and infrastructure they need to perform at the highest level - whether they are independent retail participants or institutional desks.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Proficiency with common office and productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
0-2 years of relevant experience

Experience working in a startup, trading, or financial services environment
Familiarity with basic bookkeeping, vendor negotiation, or budget tracking
