About the role
- Provides donor research and analytics services for system and markets, coordinates impact reports, analyzes biographical, financial and other data from a variety of internal and external sources.

Responsibilities
- Direct experience in developing data entry standards and analytic tools such as statistical models, data mining, and wealth screening is preferred.
- Maintains current knowledge of HIPAA and fundraising regulations, and strives to ensure PHI compliance.
- Responsible for developing strategic, accurate, confidential, and detailed reports reflecting philanthropy and grants activities.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders in payroll/human performance, information technologies and finance to advance strategic initiatives.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Required Licenses:
- Blackbaud RE NXT is required.
- Excellent proficiency in business communication tools, including Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to have
- Three years' related experience: Preferred
- Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) accreditation: Preferred
- Knowledge of enterprise subscriptions to Blackbaud FE NXT, Fundraiser Performance Management is preferred.

- Drives philanthropy through donor and prospect intelligence.
- Provides shared service for market philanthropy database operations.
