About the role
- As our Startup Operations & Growth Intern, you'll work directly alongside the founders as the operational right hand to the business.

Responsibilities
- Help activate new venue partners by managing opportunities throughout our sales
- Research and identify prospective venues, artists, and community partners to generate
- new leads and support company growth.

- Support artists and venues throughout the onboarding process, answering questions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, venues, and community partners.
- Our employer partners will decide who to interview and select the final candidates for the internship program.
Requirements
- An ideal candidate is:
- You enjoy improving systems and finding ways to make processes more efficient.
- Schedule: 30-hour week, occasional flexibility is required for venue meetings, partner visits, networking events, or community events
- Candidates must be willing to travel throughout NWA for occasional meetings with venue partners and community organizations.
- A reliable form of transportation is required.

- A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys figuring things out independently.
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation
