About the role
- TEi Construction Services (TEiC) provides outage, maintenance, and construction services to power generation facilities and industrial processing plants across the United States.

Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for developing customer relationships, leading estimating and proposal efforts, and overseeing project execution from opportunity identification through project completion.
- The Area Manager works closely with TEiC leadership, project teams, and customers to drive safe execution, operational performance, and continued growth within the region.
- Customer Relationships & Business Development Develop and maintain relationships with utilities, plant operators, and industrial power generation customers within the assigned area.
- Identify upcoming maintenance opportunities and support TEiC's regional growth strategy.
- Lead the transition from estimate to formal proposal through TEiC commercial processes.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Team Leadership Mentor and support project leadership teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Engineers.
- Evaluate project leadership effectiveness and support continuous improvement across the area.
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects and teams across a region.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced project environment.
Requirements
- Experience supporting power generation maintenance projects.
- Technical knowledge of power plant systems and major power generation equipment.
- Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required.
- 5+ years of experience in field engineering, project management, or related roles supporting industrial or power generation projects.
