About the role
- Encourages and facilitates patients' participation in therapeutic activities.
- Supervises patients to ensure their safety and their involvement in treatment. - Ensures patient safety by providing one-to-one supervision.
- Unit rounds are conducted, and precautions records completed in real time.
Responsibilities
- Performs various clerical and administrative assignments to support department operations.

- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and willingness to seek supervision
Requirements
- Licensure and/or Certification Required:
- Hours: Rotating Weekends/Holidays are required; This position is for Flex Shifts need availability for ALL shifts listed (Day/Evening/NOC) 8 hour shifts.
Nice to have
- Skills in teaching or assisting with activities of daily living
- Prior experience with therapeutic limit-setting and milieu management
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification within 90 days of hire
- Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red Cross
Compensation
- $24.86 - $37.29 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
