Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and/or experience in a highly regulated industry, facility and equipment maintenance, and knowledge of regulatory compliance.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
Nice to have
- 0-2 years relevant maintenance experience.
- Completion of the BioWork certification program with the North Carolina Community College System is considered a plus.
- 1 plus years' experience within a GMP and/or other highly regulated environment highly desirable.
- Adapts to change with clarity, patience, and professionalism, supporting teams through evolving challenges.
- Exhibits strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic, while demonstrating cultural awareness and the ability to foster alignment within a global organization.

- Education
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

Compensation
- The anticipated salary for this position will be $26.63 hour to $32.55 hour.
