About the role
- This is a hybrid role - 4 days per week on-site and one day working from home.
Responsibilities
- Office IT support: provide on-hand support to our colleagues in our San Francisco office
- AV support: ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably
- End-user support: handle inbound support requests and be a friendly first point of contact for the team
- Automation and tooling: build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work
- Documentation: write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides

Requirements
- Comfort with common IT fundamentals (macOS, networking basics, SaaS tooling)
- Prior experience in a high growth / startup environment
- Experience in a customer or public-facing role
- Familiarity with bash scripting
Compensation
- Given the broad range, we'll be happy to discuss specific salary details during our initial conversation.
