About the role

  • We're looking for a Junior SDET to join our Engineering team.
  • As a Junior SDET, you'll contribute to both manual and automated testing across our SaaS platform, helping increase test coverage, identify defects early, and improve the overall quality of our software.

Responsibilities

  • Design, write, maintain, and execute automated test cases using our automation framework.
  • Investigate, reproduce, and document software defects with clear, actionable bug reports.
  • Validate builds and releases through both manual and automated testing.
  • Collaborate closely with Software Developers and QA Engineers throughout feature development and release cycles.

  • Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and software quality assurance principles.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Contribute to test documentation, test plans, and knowledge sharing within the Engineering team.
  • Build proficiency with our engineering toolchain, including Git, Azure DevOps, Playwright, and related development and testing tools.
