As the first point of contact for prospective students, the advisor will be responsible for providing accurate information, guidance, and support throughout the admissions process.
Success in this role is measured through call activity, lead conversion, appointment setting, student engagement, and achievement of monthly enrollment goals.
Maintain consistent communication with prospects through phone calls, text messages, emails, and virtual meetings.
Build rapport and establish trust with prospective students and their families.
Collaborate with Financial Aid, Student Services, and Academic departments to support student enrollment.
Call Activity & Lead Management Manage a high-volume lead pipeline and maintain accurate records within the institution's CRM system.
Maintain consistent contact with prospective students throughout the decision-making process.
Ensure all lead activity, communications, and outcomes are documented accurately and timely.
Monitor and manage assigned leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
Achieve monthly enrollment targets Consistently maintain conversion rates and productivity standards established by management.
