About the role
- The IOP provides evidence-based intensive counseling services with licensed clinicians in group and individual settings for the treatment of substance use disorders as well as co-occurring mental health disorders.
- Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Behavioral Sciences
- Professional training and experience providing clinical services and substance use services to program population, including a minimum of 2 years' experience in the field
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
- Computer proficiency
Nice to have
- Group therapy experience is strongly preferred
Compensation
- $75,000 - $95,000 USD
- Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
