About the role

This position requires the successful candidate to relocate and/or reside in Utah for the duration of their employment.

Serve as full-time faculty lead for Cougar Capital, a student-managed private equity and venture capital investment program within the Marriott School of Business.
Design and deliver instruction for MBA 664 (Private Equity & Venture Capital) and MBA 665 Part 1 & Part 2 (Advanced Private Equity & Venture Capital Strategy), including course structure, materials, and assessment.
Lead classroom sessions covering sourcing, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and portfolio management in private markets.
Maintain ongoing engagement with the Cougar Capital program outside of scheduled class sessions, including program administration and student oversight.
Prior teaching, instructional design, or curriculum development experience at the collegiate level is strongly preferred, along with a demonstrated ability to mentor students and lead applied, experiential coursework.

All faculty are required to abide by the university's Honor Code and Dress & Grooming Standards.
Master's Degree.

Significant professional experience in private equity, venture capital, growth equity, or related investment fields required.
