About the role
- As a member of Central Security Services (CSS), you will play a critical role in protecting enterprise resources, strengthening access governance, and advancing security controls across a global organization.
- Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely and from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences.
Requirements
- This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, risk awareness, and the ability to influence IAM control maturity across platforms such as Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
Nice to have
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms
- Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle management
- Access certifications and periodic access reviews
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Segregation of Duties ( SoD ) analysis and exception remediation
- Audit evidence generation and issue remediation
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including group and role administration
- Exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions

- Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations.
