Responsibilities
- Drive strategic marketing planning and execution for the product portfolio, aligned with business objectives and market needs.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including launches, portfolio optimization, and end-of-life strategies.
- Develop and execute market strategies and campaigns to drive demand and ensure a consistent customer journey.
- Partner closely with Sales to support demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and commercial effectiveness.
- Develop value propositions grounded in market insights, clinical evidence, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Customer Service, Sales Operations, Pricing, Supply Chain, CST Operations, Regulatory, and Quality, among others.
- Monitor market performance and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize portfolio results.
- Lead event and convention marketing efforts to elevate brand presence and engage key audiences.
- Prepare and present compelling, data-driven updates to leadership using strategic storytelling to drive alignment and action.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile.
- Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Nice to have
- MBA or Master's Degree in a related field.
- Experience with neurosurgical procedures, in particular Hydrocephalus shunt placement, EVD placement, and intensive care unit.
- Experience with neurosurgical procedures, such as brain tumor removal, deep brain stimulation, among others, and with surgical navigation technologies and robotics.
- Operating room exposure.
- Understanding of material science and its interaction with human and brain anatomy.
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
