About the role

  • NOTE: This is specific to Active Duty personnel interested in SkillBridge and located or relocating to the Tampa, FL area.
  • include but are not limited to: During this program the service member will be on-site at his or her host company performing an individual internship in an entry to mid-level career type role.
  • The service member will be on the job training supporting a work schedule equivalent to 40hrs per week.

Responsibilities

  • This program is specifically designed to offer internships that result in the potential to transition to a full-time opportunity at the conclusion of the training.

  • Minimum of 3 months of eligible and approved SkillBridge Internship available Clearance
  • Minimum of 3 months of eligible and approved
  • Other skills and experience may be required or preferred, depending on the area or role.
  • Active US Government Secret Security Clearance or higher preferred (not mandatory)

Benefits

  • SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation from Paragon, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members.
