- Role Responsibilities The Architect / Project Manager is responsible for leading multiple K-12 projects, managing all phases of construction.
Responsibilities
- Ability to develop and manage all phases from conceptual design through construction
- Develop project programs, scope, schedules and budgets
- Manage project teams throughout the entire contracts, design, approval and construction process and serve as the daily contact for the client
- Submit drawings to DSA for a successful intake and develop thoughtful and complete responses for DSA back check and approval
Requirements
- Hearing and Speech frequently communicates with the ability to hear and talk on a regular basis with employees, coworkers, and all personnel matters
- must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- General Office Duties as required as related to position
- Proficiency in Revit, 2D CAD drawing, Bluebeam and Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- General computer proficiency with Windows operating systems
- A minimum of 40 hours per week required
Nice to have
- Division of the State Architect plancheck experience preferred but not required
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture preferred but not required
- Architectural license preferred but not required
- Good knowledge of Bluebeam, SketchUp and relevant Adobe products preferred
Compensation
- $80,000 - $100,000 per year + Discretionary Bonus
