  • Role Responsibilities The Architect / Project Manager is responsible for leading multiple K-12 projects, managing all phases of construction.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to develop and manage all phases from conceptual design through construction
  • Develop project programs, scope, schedules and budgets
  • Manage project teams throughout the entire contracts, design, approval and construction process and serve as the daily contact for the client
  • Submit drawings to DSA for a successful intake and develop thoughtful and complete responses for DSA back check and approval

Requirements

  • Hearing and Speech frequently communicates with the ability to hear and talk on a regular basis with employees, coworkers, and all personnel matters
  • must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
  • General Office Duties as required as related to position
  • Proficiency in Revit, 2D CAD drawing, Bluebeam and Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • General computer proficiency with Windows operating systems
  • A minimum of 40 hours per week required

Nice to have

  • Division of the State Architect plancheck experience preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture preferred but not required
  • Architectural license preferred but not required
  • Good knowledge of Bluebeam, SketchUp and relevant Adobe products preferred

Compensation

  • $80,000 - $100,000 per year + Discretionary Bonus
