About the role
- You'll work closely with leadership across invoicing, payroll, bookkeeping, reporting, forecasting, and financial operations.
- This is more than a typical entry-level accounting role.

Responsibilities
- Manage client invoicing and cash receipt processing
- Maintain and reconcile records in QuickBooks Online
- Support month-end review and reporting
- Maintain and update financial forecasts
- Maintain financial systems and integrations that improve efficiency, including the Finance Drive as the central source for contracts and financial documentation
- Build and maintain financial forecasts, reporting, and analysis in Google Sheets

Requirements
- 1-3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong working experience with QuickBooks Online
- Google Sheets proficiency and experience building spreadsheets for reporting or analysis
Nice to have
- Experience in an advertising, agency, or professional services business is a plus
Compensation
- Annual salary: CAD 50K-65K, with a clear path for increased responsibility, career advancement, and compensation growth as you become fully autonomous in the role
