Responsibilities
- Lead the development, optimization, and implementation of advanced device engineering methodologies, processes, and solutions.
- Solve complex technical challenges and drive innovative improvements to existing device technologies and engineering practices.
- Plan, execute, and support device development projects, including contributions to large-scale engineering initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, integrate, and introduce new technologies, features, and process enhancements.
- Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to engineers and project team members to support knowledge sharing and capability development.
- Engage with suppliers, research partners, and industry consortia to evaluate emerging technologies and support technical roadmaps.
- Support technical reviews, project teams, and engineering activities while ensuring alignment with business, quality, and operational objectives.
- This position will develop and optimize semiconductor devices and processes to enable device characterization and support new technology development.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to introduce new features, drive technology advancements, and solve complex engineering challenges.
Requirements
- Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
