About the role
- Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.
Responsibilities
- Manages the technical and professional service resources used by the Department.
- Manages the Physician and APP contracting processes including ongoing collaboration with recruitment team, HP, legal and compliance.
- The Director of System Physician and APP Services leads the planning, design and administration of compensation programs and contracting for Physician leaders, physicians, and Advanced Practice Providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 8 years professional level experience
- Proven project management, planning and execution skills
- Partnering with patients, families and neighbors across the Pacific Northwest for more than 140 years.
Nice to have
- master's degree is preferred
- Experience working in a clinical, operational and/or financial functional area preferred
