Responsibilities

  • With a 30+ year track record of value creation and $94 billion in assets under management, we back the business owners and financial sponsors that drive growth and innovation across the middle market, transforming untapped potential into durable value.
  • Partner with business units to align financial plans with strategic objectives.
  • Build forecasts for liquidity planning, cash flow optimization, and working capital management.
  • Support post-acquisition integration efforts by working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the firm's strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Analytical Expertise: Exceptional financial modeling and/or business case development, especially in a related financial institution, with the ability to frame and evaluate complex business problems

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, or management consulting. Ideally with top-tier firms or financial services companies.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work across teams and build relationships to drive strategic outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus).
  • 5 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, or management consulting.
  • Ideally with top-tier firms or financial services companies.
  • Strong knowledge of the asset management industry, including trends, competitors, and regulatory environment, is a plus.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, including strong financial modeling skills, valuation, and business case development experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data and provide actionable insights for senior-level decision making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
