Responsibilities

  • 12+ We are seeking a JD Edwards (JDE) Product Manager to lead enterprise manufacturing and supply chain capabilities across JD Edwards, UKG, ScanMan, OneStream, and related enterprise platforms.
  • This role will own product roadmaps, drive Agile delivery, and align business objectives with technology capabilities.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing experience, ERP transformation expertise, and the ability to manage enterprise product initiatives across cross-functional and offshore teams.
  • Lead the evolution of enterprise manufacturing and supply chain capabilities, owning the product roadmap for systems including JD Edwards (JDE), UKG, ScanMan, OneStream, and related data integration platforms.
  • Translate operational needs into system capabilities and prioritize features to deliver measurable value.
  • Manage product backlogs, release planning, and sprint prioritization using Agile methodologies.
  • Coordinate with IT, business units, offshore teams, and partners to ensure successful delivery and implementation of product features.
  • Produce Business Requirement Documents, Epics, and User Stories as needed.
  • Drive alignment between business strategy and enterprise architecture through stakeholder engagement and governance activities.
  • Partner with business leads to identify pain points and develop process and system improvements.
