Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Builds and maintains positive, collaborative team culture.
- Clinical Intervention & Support:
- Develops behavior intervention plans to be implemented by the RBT.
- Collaborate with treatment team to ensure care plans incorporate SMART goals that are data driven and Consumer-centered.
- Document supervisions, team meetings, in-service trainings, assessments and interventions timely and with high quality, within organizational standards.
- Assists with crisis planning to proactively support Consumers in navigating potential crises safely.
- Responds to urgent/crisis Consumer needs in collaboration with Crisis Services, and Treatment Team by developing plans and interventions.
- Collaboration & Relationship Building:
- Leads daily treatment team meeting, prepared to facilitate and collaborate effectively with team members.
Skills
- Master's degree Clinical Psychology, Social Work (MSW), or related field.
- Full licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or equivalent
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with co-occurring (IDD/BH) population.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, initiative, organizational, and coordination skills
Compensation
